How to Download your Resources:

🔹 Option 1: From the Email Link

1. After payment, you’ll receive an email notification.
2. Open the email and look for the download link.
3. Click the Download button to save the file to your device.
   • On a computer: the file usually saves to your Downloads folder.
   • On a phone/tablet: check your Files/Downloads app.

👉 Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.

🔹 Option 2: From Your My Klaskamer Account

1. Go to the My Klaskamer Account page.
2. Click Login (top right corner).
3. Enter your email and password.
4. Once logged in, go to My Account.
5. Select Downloads.
6. You’ll see a list of your purchased files – click Download next to the one you want.

🔹 Important to Remember

• Download links expire after 30 days (your responsibility to save them before expiry).
• If the link has expired or you lose your files, you will need to repurchase the item.
