1. License and Usage Rights
- Single Teacher, Single Classroom Use: Each digital product purchased is licensed for use by one teacher in one classroom. The product may be used repeatedly by the licensed teacher within the specified classroom.
- Additional Classrooms: If you intend to use the product in more than one classroom, an additional usage fee of 25% per classroom is required. Please contact us to arrange this extended license.
2. Prohibited Actions
- Sharing and Distribution: You are not permitted to share, distribute, or resell our digital products in any form, including but not limited to sharing with other teachers, schools, or on public platforms. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is a violation of these terms.
- Modification and Reproduction: You may not modify, adapt, or reproduce our digital products for purposes other than those expressly allowed under this agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
- All digital products are the intellectual property of My Klaskamer. Purchasing a product does not grant ownership; it provides a license to use the product under the conditions specified in these terms.
4. Refunds
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once a product has been downloaded.
5. Violations
- Any violation of these Terms of Use will result in the immediate termination of the license, and you may be subject to legal action.
6. Changes to Terms
- My Klaskamer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
