My Klaskamer sells downloadable educational resources and other digital products. We do not ship physical copies of these products. Please read this policy before purchasing.
Digital downloads and ordinary returns
Because our products are supplied electronically, they cannot be physically returned. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellations for a correctly supplied, non-defective product.
If you have placed an order but have not yet downloaded the product, please contact us promptly. We will assess cancellation or refund requests in accordance with the status of the order, these Terms of Use and applicable South African law.
Incorrect, defective or inaccessible files
If you receive the wrong file, a damaged or incomplete download, or a product that materially differs from what was described, please contact us at myklaskamer@gmail.com. We will investigate and, as appropriate, provide a working or correct file, another suitable remedy, or a refund where required by law.
How to request assistance or a refund
Email myklaskamer@gmail.com with your order number, the product name, a description of the problem and, if helpful, a screenshot of any error message. Please do not email copyrighted purchased files to third parties.
We will review the request and explain the next steps. Where a refund is due, we will arrange it through an appropriate payment method in accordance with applicable requirements.
Download links
Download links are emailed after purchase and are normally available for 30 days. Please download and securely store your purchases during this period. If a link is missing or is not working, contact us so that we can assist.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
