Welcome to My Klaskamer! Please carefully read the following Terms of Use before purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

License and Usage Rights
- Single Teacher, Single Classroom Use: Each digital product purchased is licensed for use by one teacher in one classroom. The product may be used repeatedly by the licensed teacher within the specified classroom.
- Fair Usage Policy: This licence allows use in one classroom only. If the same teacher uses the resource with more than one class, or if a school uses the resource across multiple classes within the same grade, an additional usage fee of 25% per additional classroom applies. Please contact us to arrange the extended licence.
- Online Institutions: Online institutions or platforms are prohibited from using, sharing, or distributing My Klaskamer’s materials without obtaining explicit pre-approval and licensing arrangements. Unauthorized use by online institutions will constitute a breach of these terms.

Prohibited Actions
- Sharing and Distribution: You are not permitted to share, distribute, or resell our digital products in any form, including but not limited to sharing with other teachers, schools, or on public platforms. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is a violation of these terms.
- Modification and Reproduction: You may not modify, adapt, or reproduce our digital products for purposes other than those expressly allowed under this agreement.
- Creation of Alternate Versions: I must also clarify that my materials are not intended to serve as a guideline for individual teachers to create their own versions of the resources. Any such action is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property
All digital products are the intellectual property of My Klaskamer. Purchasing a product does not grant ownership; it provides a license to use the product under the conditions specified in these terms. -
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once a product has been downloaded. -
International Payments – Namibia
All cross-border payments must be made with the “OUR” payment option selected. This ensures that you, the sender, cover all bank charges, including those of both your own bank and our South African receiving bank, so that I receive the full amount owing without any deductions. Payments made with the “SHA” or “BEN” options (where fees are shared or deducted from the recipient’s side) will result in a shortfall and may cause delays in processing your order.

Violations
Any violation of these Terms of Use will result in the immediate termination of the license, and you may be subject to legal action. -
Changes to Terms
My Klaskamer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. -
